My windshield started to crack last week and it was still under warrantee with SafePro. When I called, Raphael went above and beyond to help me. He scheduled the inspection but also wanted to be sure our windshield got replaced if the damage wasn’t covered by warrantee. When I called my insurance agent last week, she said we would have to pay our $500 deductible to get the windshield fixed so soon. Raphael called my insurance company for me, found out we had a $0 deductible, and set up a time for the inspection and replacement the next day. We are taking a road trip for our 2 year old’s birthday next Tuesday, and it is a huge relief that we won’t have three huge cracks to worry about while we drive.
