First of all every single person I dealt with was courteous, friendly, and very positive. I ended up having to reschedule due to a meeting, and everyone was very accommodating. My glass was replaced today, and they were super nice, and extremely fast! This was a very great experience, and I will not think twice about recommending you guys to everyone!
