This is the first time I have had to replace a windshield, and I feel that customer service is certainly a priority at this company. I got a call back within 5 minutes of filling out the online form! Ben talked to me like a person, instead of a claim number, and did what he could on price for me, which was appreciated. I even was able to get the windshield replacement scheduled for the same day at no extra charge! I did speak with a Safelite Auto Repair representative, and was not impressed. I am, however, impressed with SafePro and will be recommending you guys in the future. Thank you!!
