Ashley Beeder was a pleasure to work with. By the way, she is not listed under “employee worked with” below. We had to make calls to a couple different departments with my insurance. After verifying that I have no-deductible, Ashley went to schedule my winshield replacement. Unfortunately after all the back and forth on the phone I still had to wait until the next day to get my glass. I know that Ashley did what she could, but… Also the tech that came out and installed the glass was friendly and quick. My only complaint is that he did not get my drivers side windshield wiper arm installed all of the way, and when I used the wipers the next day the arm fell off. Fortunately for me the arm stayed with the truck until I could stop and fix it.
