The office folks really did a great job accommodating my schedule. It was very convenient.
The installation folks were very nice; however, there was a black greasy substance left on the interior dash of my BMW and it accidentally got all over the cloth interior of the car. It has permanently stained the cloth. This was very dissapointing.
