I called on a Saturday, the representative that assisted me was awesome (Tina) . She was very courteous, called my insurance company on three way and handled it from there. It was taken care of while I shopped. The appt was made convienently for Monday afternoon. She thanked me for the business, which was very nice. Tge technicians that came out were very quick and the glass looks great. Great customer service all around.
