Brenda has a great phone demeanor and made the process feel simple and easy. Her genuine care to provide customer service was evident and she made me feel as though she was an advocate on my side.
During the installation, Jay and Benny were both very professional and had a friendly demeanor. They were on time to call in the window expected and promptly arrived for the set appointment. Jay took the time to kindly explain everything I needed to know and was very patient with my questions. Benny got right to work and carries himself with a confidence which assured me he knew what he was doing and probably had done this procedure many times.
