I used SafePro 2 years ago and had quite some difficulty in getting a satisfactory result. However, the owner called me personally and dealt with the multiple problems I encountered. When my windshield was hit by road debris, I called SafePro hoping that this experience would be better. I can’t express how smoothly and easily things were handled. The person on the phone took care of my insurance and arranged to have someone at my school the next day. The technician called me beforehand and was there right when he said he would be. He was courteous and helpful, even transferring over my windshield parking decal. This was an awesome experience. Not only would I use SafePro for all of my future glass replacements, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Paul and the technician were both very kind and helpful. Paul walked me through everything with talking to my insurance and what to expect. Very personable, professional and easy to talk to! The technician arrived way sooner than I thought which was awesome and he was very nice. Next time I need a new windshield I will be a returning customer.

After submitting my information online for a quote, I never received a call or email; however, when I called the next day to see what was going on the customer service was great and they were apologetic. The technicians came out the following day and were done in approximately 20 minutes. The whole process was quick and simple.
