Upon calling Safepro Auto Glass I was greeted by Paul Day, sales representative who assisted me through the entire process. He explained all of the benefits of my windshield replacement & provided me with a price match. Out of all of the numerous companies I called, SafePro Auto Glass held the most benefits & met my tight budget. But the great customer service did not end there. On the day of my appointment, I had an emergency at work that was within the timeframe of my appointment. I contacted SafePro on the day of my appointmen letting them know I had an emergency work meeting that required the use of my car that was within the timeframe of my appointment. I contacted SafePro Auto to explain my situation and they were able to work with me and came out first thing that same morning to replace my windshield hours before my meeting. The technicians completed the job in under 30 minutes so that I could continue on with work. Highly satisfied & recommended. They worked around my needs and will continue to receive my business.
