Wow! I submitted a request for a quote online in the evening, and I received a phone call from Raphael within minutes. He asked me a few questions and then provided a quote and explained what was included with the service and their warranty. The price was great so I scheduled an appointment. They could come replace my windshield as soon as the following day. Soon after we got off the phone, Raphael had already e-mailed me the work order with all the details we had just discussed as well as their warranty document. Their technicians were on time, and completed the windshield replacement in 30 minutes. Awesome service all around! I highly recommend SafePro and they now have a customer for life.
