He asked me a few questions and then provided a quote and explained what was included with the service and their warranty. The price was great so I scheduled an appointment. They could come replace my windshield as soon as the following day. Soon after we got off the phone, Raphael had already e-mailed me the work order with all the details we had just discussed as well as their warranty document.
