During the installation, Jay and Benny were both very professional and had a friendly demeanor. They were on time to call in the window expected and promptly arrived for the set appointment. Jay took the time to kindly explain everything I needed to know and was very patient with my questions. Benny got right to work and carries himself with a confidence which assured me he knew what he was doing and probably had done this procedure many times.

This team deserves to be recognized for their wonderful customer service and performance. If all of your employees are like this team, you will have a customer for life.

Called and spoke with Kirk Hodges who got everything taken care of very quickly and smoothly. Repair tech was out that afternoon and glass was professionally installed same day.

Kirk made the whole process very easy. After being told about the warranty and free chip repair for life, I didn’t even bother getting quotes else where. How ever I was a bit disappointed with the subcontractor they sent out. There are no issues with his work what so ever but the ghetto van rolling up with a different name on it was unsettling at first. But I can’t judge he was very pleasant and quick and seem to do good work.
