I called and spoke with Stefan. He was very personable, and was able to get me the quote I needed and set up with an appointment very quickly. Very happy with the customer service I got with Stefan. It was also really refreshing to listen to the script you have when one is on hold rather than just music. Very entertaining and amusing.
