I called to schedule a windshield replacement for my truck and Kirk Hodges facilitated the process to replace my windshield. Kirk Hodges actively listened to me throughout my conversation with him. I never had to repeat myself and felt like he was fully engaged in my call with him, which made me feel very supported. My interaction with Kirk was a lot more pleasant than I had expected as I was calling Safe Pro. Customer service is very important for a thriving company and Kirk would be a perfect example of what perfect customer service is. I had a very delightful experience with Kirk today. I genuinely feel like I’m in good hands.

I love the fact company is locally owned. I first used company for my mothers car and was so impressed by the service the techs were.
