From the initial phone call, to the completion of the service, I was treated extremely well. I had called 5 glass service companies prior to speaking with Paul and nobody sounded remotely motivated to help. Paul was extremely friendly, (not to mention had the best deal) helpful and was even working alone that day, but was managing very well. The technicians who came out the next day were prompt, professional and very respectful.
