Bobby H was awesome, the installers were great. The only issue I had was the company that actually showed up to do the install. The technicians name was Able. He and his coworker work for west valley auto and glass not Safepro. I’m guessing they are subs however, it was quite confusing as to whom is installing and warrantying the install. But you can’t beat your price, 200 bucks less than safelite who my brother in law is a manager for. Not to mention same day service, all in all, you all are awesome.

I dealt with Paul on the phone and he was awesome, very helpful and polite. Past glass companies ive dealt with harrassed me two to three times a month and were not polite about anything. Looking forward to using you guys in the future and recommending you guys for sure!!

I worked Paul on the phone initially. He explained to me the warranty on the service clearly, and gave me a great deal (the best I was able to get after calling 5 other companies) on our glass replacement. The technician called prior to coming, and was able to complete the service within 30 min. He also took the time to explain what needs to be done prior to drive the car. Overall, I was very pleased the service and easiness of working with SafePro. Definitely will recommend SafePro to friends and family.
