My car was being worked on elsewhere by the time I called and Kirk helped save me a considerable amount of money. His customer service skills are outstanding!! My husband has been in customer service in the computer industry for over 30 years. We know what customer service should look like. I don’t think I have never experienced such kindness or received so much respect from anyone in sales before. He truly represents your mission statement well.
