I called for a replacement on Saturday afternoon, knowing it was a long shot. Paul informed me they’d be able to accommodate me and get it taken care of. Something happened along the way that excluded Saturday as an option, but the offered an appointment outside of normal business hours on Monday morning. The technician showed up, was professional, yet personable, and completed the repair with plenty of time for me to make it to central Phoenix to see my youngest son swear in and join the Navy.
