In a word fantastic. The tech called me at 8:20am on his way to my apt, got here around 8:45-8:50am and they were finished by 9:15am. The gentlemen were very professional, pointed out a few items they might need attention future and proceeded to replace my windshield. When they were finished, he came back to my door, he explained my warranty to me, answered a question or two- we concluded our businessand they left. I’m very pleased with the professionalism/work they did. I was also told, any problems/questions I might have future, to just give Safepro a call. This is in addition to Jose’s stellar service/salesmanship; this was one of the best business experiences I’ve had since I’ve been in Arizona (two years/retired limousine driver) to date. I would recommend Safepro Glass to all my friends/family in need of automotive glass work. I do want to tint my windshield/windows soon, so I will be calling Safepro/Jose to find out how to get in touch with the person that does detailing for the company. Great job Safepro Glass you do have a customer for life. I would gladly be your ad because I’d be telling the truth.

Absolutely horrible. It’s obvious the sales rep only cared about the sale. I had 2 windshields to replace. 1 by insurance, the other out of pocket. Of course they took care of the insured glass immediately but found an issue with the other. Instead of having BOTH replaced on Saturday (as scheduled) I had to wait until Monday for the other. The “Operations Manager” said he’d personally take care of it in the morning. Come 1:30pm, I had no call. So I called the company again and they assured me it would be done and I’d be called back for confirmation. The call NEVER CAME. I was skeptical when I set this up and now I know my thoughts were correct. A+ rating my ass. I just called them again and couldn’t even leave a message. I’m a business man myself and base my reputation on follow through. This was the worst experience ever and my glass is still busted. Not a happy customer at all and never will be again.
