Great experience. It seems that too often companies do not provide the quality service they advertise. That is not the case with SafePro. From the initial phone call, I could tell Safe Pro was different from the rest. you can tell the techs take pride in their work and that the owner is committed to his customers. I would use SafePro again and would highly recommend them. In fact, I already have.

The phone rep (Jose) was excellent to talk to. He explained the various paperwork process(es) and took his time with me. Highly recommend people soak with him.
Andres (the glass installer) called me to inform me he was on his way, which was nice. He explained what i should (and should not) do during the next few hours and days after the install. Answered all my questions as if he were talking to a family member.
I highly recommend SafePro beaded on my experience with these 2 people.

This is my first time using SafePro, and so far I am highly satisfied with the service! I spoke with Jose on the phone today and not only was he very helpful with my situation, he was also extremely friendly and personable! And he got me an appointment the next day, which is so helpful considering how bad the damage to my windshield is! Wonderful attributes for someone in this service industry! 🙂

Tech was very nice, but some screw’s put back in weren’t in properly and there is a rattling that wasn’t there before. Jose set up the appointment and he was very helpful and made everything very simple.
