The initial person on the phone was great. The gentlemen who completed the replacement called when they arrived instead of in route, left glue on the hood of my car and the passenger window, the glue was removed but faded my paint, I made an appointment for the detail gentleman to come out on Monday 6/22, he was supposed to call between 12 and 1, he did not so I had to call again. I spoke with Pete who called him and said he would call me back but had me down for Tuesday when this day was never discussed. It was either Monday afternoon or any time on Wednesday. I had to miss my lunch at work so I would not lose the spot I was parked in for the detail gentlemen. At this point I am completely frustrated and would not recommend the company

Was able to schedule a next day replacement. This was the first time I had have to had a windshield replaced, so I did not think to ask about clean up. There was quite a bit of broken glass left in my Tahoe after the replacement. And I didn’t notice until well after the technician had left. Both technicians were awesome, very courteous, professional and efficient. Aside from that, I would be very likely to recommend to friends and family.

When they came by to replace my window it was defected. They told they would order a new and come back the following week. They did and replaced it. Very happy with their service.

I had service on both of my cars one day after the next and service I received was great! I was hesitant to call because I was in the middle of something at work and thought I should wait til later because it might take long but it was so easy because Paul and Jose did all the work. They called my insurance and all I had to do was answer like 4 questions, super quick and very easy! Thanks guys. You made it so easy for me. That’s why I was quick to cal back the next day when I needed my other windshield fixed .

I was hesitant to schedule an appointment, primarily because I knew how much this would cost out-of-pocket. Fortunately, Jose was very good about walking me through his quoting process, and explaining to me the pricing structure. He was also able to find a time that worked well in my schedule. I was very impressed with Safe Pro’s ability to meet me at home, which was waiting for me upon arrival at the start of the time block. The technicians were done in 20 minutes, and were very friendly with me the entire time. Having recently experienced decent customer service from Safelite (girlfriend’s windshield), I was very impressed by the level of care taken by all staff involved. I will highly recommend in the future!
