Jose was the most helpful person I could have spoken with! I just flew back from Cleveland ohio yesterday. I used my entire paycheck to fly their to see my father who fell into critical condition and a coma after a very normal surgery. Driving to work today, a rock hit my windshield . He was so kind, knowledgeable and profficient with my time. He is a 20 out of a scale from 1-10
