I called in and Paul answered the phone. He immediately made me feel comfortable by explaining the company history and the services they provide. He then contacted my insurance company for me and arranged the claim report. Once that was completed we scheduled the appointment where they will come to my home and replace my badly cracked windshield. Excellent customer service.
