The technicians were nice and pleasant but the experience was terrible. The price is fair but I won’t be using safe pro again. The next day after the replacement the weather strip flew off my windshield while driving. Also The technician left a pair of pliers in my car. I called and requested a follow up appointment, and played phone tag to try to get the technician through my apartment gate. Why can’t the technician call me directly instead of having the receptionist call and play relay?
