Fabulous experience all around. Paul was helpful on the phone, recognized that the problem might be covered by insurance and got Progressive on the phone right then to get the claim set up and approved and worked around my schedule to find a time/place for the glass replacement. The technician was there right at the beginning of the timeframe so I didn’t have to hang around my home for four hours waiting. He was expeditious, friendly, and explained the “what not to do’s” after the repair. Plus the lifetime warranty is a nice perk. I’m very happy with the service I received from SafePro employees.
