As much as I hate to say it, I had to use Safepro for glass replacement twice in one week. I had a cracked windshield replaced and then someone tried to break into my window a few days after and had it replaced today. But i am sooooo glad to have used Safepro for the work. (My husband had used them last year.) This is by far the best company I have ever had experienced with. From the agents on the phone (Maxwell and David) to the service technicians. Maxwell and David were so very professional, knowledgable and so very helpful. They made the process simple and easy – contacting the insurance company directly. The technicians called, as promised, to let me know their arrival in 30 minutes. And as promised, arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous. I will never use anyone else, but I hope I won’t have to have glass replaced again any time soon.
