An appointment was made to replace my windshiekd on Sept 16 between 12 noon and 5 pm. I took a 1/2 day off work and waited for the installer. At 5 pm no one showed so I called the company. The manager at Safe Pro said there are no glass installers in my area and no one will replace my windshield. He should have known this at the time of appointment. This is totally unprofessional.
