SafePro provided an easy hassle free experience. When calling other glass companies across the valley, I received an uncomforting vibe. When I spoke to Paul at SafePro, he made me feel comfortable about the situation and that my car would be taken care of. I feel that Paul went above and beyond his expectations, but this could just also be the expectation of SafePro as an organization. What really put the cherry on top for me was when Paul three way conferenced my insurance company on the phone rather then leaving me on a wild goose chase to figure out what to do. Overall, great experience and will use SafePro going forward.
