I contacted SafePro through their online contact form, and was called within the hour. Kirk explained the whole process, was completely transparent about cost, and handled my insurance company without missing a beat. SafePro came in well below my insurance company’s estimate, and even though I ended up paying out of pocket, the price was absolutely reasonable. Kirk was able to get a technician to my house the same day (even on a Saturday!). The entire process, from my online inquiry to the finished product, happened within 5-6 hours. The technician was extremely friendly and efficient, and clearly explained the post-installation procedures. I would absolutely recommend SafePro and will be using them again in the future if need be. A word of advice: look into glass coverage on your insurance. I would have paid substantially less. Still, my new windhsield has an incredible warranty, so either way you’re covered.
