My initial contact was with Annie who was extremely professional, friendly, organized and helpful. Setting up appointment was easy and convenient. Tragically I missed the call on technician’s arrival so I was not present. The technician waited patiently and was very forgiving. Also I asked him about a rubber seal on my door and he went out of his way to fix that also. The tech was very friendly and worked like a pro. The job. Was done perfect.
