As an adjuster for a well known insurance company myself, I understand the importance of excellent customer service and value when someone takes the time to provide their input to me as well.
Annie did a fabulous job by quickly and efficiently setting up my glass claim and was delightful and pleasant in her demeanor and tone.
I can only assume that the technician who completes the repairs will take as good of care of me and my baby (my Jeep, that is!). Check back for any feedback on them at a later time.
