Setting up appointment was easy and fast. Technician arrived near the beginning of the scheduled window. He was more familiar with the security policies where I work than I am (knew that he could not do the work in the parking garage and that I would have to move my truck outside). Gave me plenty of notice. Did the work quickly and carefully (I watched). Was friendly.
