My initial conversation and scheduling with Kevin was wonderful! He was so helpful and personable and was able to schedule my windshield replacement the very next day! I was very impressed with his customer service and the credentials of the company. The following day was a little disappointing because the tech was supposed to come out between 10am and 2pm and I didn’t get a call until 1:50 saying he was running late. He arrived at 2:30 and replaced it within 30 minutes. I realize it was raining that day so it probably delayed him, but I wish the call would have come earlier saying he was running late. Other than that everything was fantastic! Al was very nice and our new windshield looks great! We will definitely use you guys in the future and recommend you to friends! 🙂 Thanks and have a great day!
