I was impressed with Ashley’s Patience and experience with problem solving. I was scheduled for a next day appointment and asked that they call me if they had a cancellation. Much to my surprise they called me back and said they could be at my door about 1 and 1/2 hours. The tech Bob Kelly was a very ‘Likeable” character and did a very good job with the install.
