I had my first windshield installed on 1/14/16. Within 2mins of the technicians leaving my house I noticed a scratch in the new windshield. I immediately called back, the technicians were still driving down my street when SafePro customer service told me they were already on their next customer. (Not really they had just turned off my street). I was put on hold and then when SafePro came back on the line that the technicians would be back to my house at 2pm. By 3:30pm I hadn’t heard back from anyone, when I called I was told that the technicians were done for the day. The only thing to do was to reschedule for another reinstall.
I would still recommend SafePro as all other dealings with the company has been good.
