My first connection with them was great and they serviced my car the very next day! The glass they replaced however did not last two weeks. I truly believe this is not entirely their fault but that the new windshield was defective but still I had to have a second window done in a two week span. Now it has been three weeks, two windshields in, and NO CHECK as promised. I have contacted them twice, one response was give it another week and the second has resulted in a ZERO response. I’m not sure how to rate this company. I was told thru a friend that they did quality work and were awesome and going in it seemed this way but alas, here were are……Two installs later and no check as promised for using this company. If it wasn’t for the lifetime warranty not sure I would use this company again.
