Paul Day was the Service Rep I talked to. Extremely customer oriented, walked me through the process, did the conference calls for my insurance approvals, did the scheduling of glass replacement and continually made sure I both understood the process and had all my questions answered. Just recently retired but now can check off a service company for glass. Dan was the tech, very professional, and both Paul and Dan represent SafePro in an excellent manner. When the need arises, I will most certainly return to SafePro. Well done, gentlemen.
