Stefan was great when I called and set my apptment up for sat. A few min after I got off the phone I got a call back about a mistake made in the apptment time they didn’t service my city that day so we talked about the options I had. We reset the apptment for Friday from 10-2 to come to my job and do the work and I prepaid over the phone so there would be no issue. On Friday morning I emailed him to let him know where I was parked becuese it would be hard to find so he could let the tech know. I got no response from that email. At about 3 I got a call confirming my for sat at my job to have the work done so when we chanes the appointment he just changed the location not the date. I left work at 330 to find no work had been done. When I called back Stefen was not available so I spoke to a lady who’s name I did not get when I told them what was happening I was told ” well there is. I thibg we can do about it today it’s to late” and they set a apptment up for Monday. As someone who was a cs manager something could of been done to make this right and nothing was said acknowledging the mistake you had made. You now have my money and no work had been done. Up tell today you would of had all 10 how this is being handled make me question if I will use or recommend you.
