This is my 2nd experience with SafePro Auto Glass, and this time was just as easy and enjoyable as the first. Maria was a joy to work with, helped me with exactly what I needed for my windshield, and reminded me of why I like dealing with local companies. If only all of my interactions with other companies were this good. Keep up the good work, and maybe think about publishing your customer service methods as a how-to for other companies, I think they could all learn something from you.
