The rep I talked to seemed like she was distracted. I had to repeat the same info several times and it was very frustrating. Prices changed after I negotiated, and I’m happy to have received a $100 check- however, even though I repeated the spelling of my name nearly 5 times, it was wrong on the check, also Tempe was listed as the city when it’s Scottsdale.
