During the interaction with State Farm, Safe Pro, and I, Stefan was excellent. State Farm wanted to do chip repair first, but, Safe Pro insured that State Farm gave ME that option. I am pleased to have chosen the glass replacement. As it turned out, the glass had small chips all over.
