annie did a heck of a job getting the appt. for me with the storms causing all the problems. she tried 4 times on tuesday to get though and was going to keep trying in the afternoon. but got it taking care of first thing wednesday–first class job! great service! the column below will not let annie’s name get listed–she has my vote
