Was promised tech would be at my place between 12-4 with 30 min call ahead . I explained that closer to 4pm wouldn’t be good due to the fact I was at work an store closes at 4 I had to call twice and tech never called 30 mins prior and arrived at 345p. OF Course!!! Did his job . Then the following Tuesday I get a call ,tech forgets VIN# for insurance purposes .
