I worked Paul on the phone initially. He explained to me the warranty on the service clearly, and gave me a great deal (the best I was able to get after calling 5 other companies) on our glass replacement. The technician called prior to coming, and was able to complete the service within 30 min. He also took the time to explain what needs to be done prior to drive the car. Overall, I was very pleased the service and easiness of working with SafePro. Definitely will recommend SafePro to friends and family.
