Asked for factory glass and recieved non factory product
when approved with insurance agent I was not told that it would not be factory glass. if factory glass had been used I would have given all 10’s in survey. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and good at what they do.
I am just disappointed that factory glass was not used when I have full glass coverage and I pay for it. Also I was not told about when or how I would recieve the rebate due.
