All in all it was super easy! I appreciated the safepro rep being on the phone while I talked with the insurance company to help clarify things I didn’t know. I rated a 9/10 because my scheduled time was 8-12, but I hadn’t heard anything at 11:30 still. The tech arrived a little bit after 12. It would’ve been nice to have an update a little earlier just to know I was the last one on the morning’s list so I wasn’t left wondering!
