Every part of having a new windshield replaced went smoothly. Only problem was when the tech was installing the glass the moulding did not adhere to the glass as it should causing him to have to remove it and start over. It is my estimation having many windshields replaced due to my past as a wholesale auto dealer, that a better quality moulding would have been less troublesome. The tech’s attitude was great and he never complained or said anything but I felt sorry for him as it was the Thanksgiving weekend and he was delayed due to this problem. My overall satisfaction was superb.
