Could not get custormer service rep. (Anthony Huerta-Heckens) to return messages after I gave insurance information to him to process the claim. Obviously only interested in getting business and not retaining it. Not a good business proactice. Also asked for window tinting in addition to the work that was covered by insurance. No response. I never would have had the replacement work performed if I had known that the window tinting wouldn’t get scheduled. I asked that the $50 dollar rebate be applied to the window tinting job – which I doubt I will ever see. Very poor business practice. Next stop – Better Business Bureau.
