The only reason for an 8 over a 10 in question 2 is because I was arranging this for my client so there were a few extra steps with the insurance company for authorization in lieu of the policy holder making the request/claim. No reflection on SafePro or Annie’s stellar efforts to get this done and help with the insurance process. Wonderful!!
