They responded to my online request immediately. The phone conversation with Kirk was very helpful and nice. He truly cared about helping me. They were able to come out the next day to my work and the gentlemen who replaced my windshield was very kind as well. They were also $85 cheaper then another company I looked at and their warranty is a lot better as well. I definitely would recommend this Safepro to anyone.
